Versioning

Actionstep does not currently version its API endpoints. This means, as a Developer, you will not have to change the base urls when we make changes to the API, i.e. we do not include a version number in the base url, e.g. GET /api/v2/...

Actionstep has a regular cadence of releases meaning you will automatically receive the benefit of any internal updates we make that target the API. These will be documented in the Change Log.

On the rare occassion we implement a breaking change we will notify all registered API users of the change, and provide a significant period of time (minimum 6 months) for you to update your application. In the interim we would ensure full backwards compatability.
